Total scam, save your money

I purchased perfume and before placing order I asked Sphinx to help me with costume service as I am from EU and taxes here on perfumes are high and it takes forever to clear costumes fees. Sphinx agreed.

Of course, when time came, they vaguely provided some support and I had to do all the work. Not even mentioning their rude emails.

I wrote them and said that I am not interested in perfume anymore and that I will send it back along with samples unopened and I am willing to bear shipping costs as long as they reimburse perfume costs. They agreed.

Now I am left with no money (lost over 100$) and no perfume as Sphinx is rejecting to reimburse my money. I need to again highlight that their costume service is one of rudest I ever encountered! I believe they are all nice to you when all is good and you purchase the product but when there is actual issue they blame costumer and rather not dealing with you at all.
